Problem
For SKYi’s sales team, closing real estate deals started with one simple action: making a call.
But behind the scenes, the process was messy.
Leads were scattered across spreadsheets, emails, and personal notes.
Managers had no way to know if calls were actually happening - or if valuable leads were slipping through the cracks.
Accountability was low, and tracking conversions from call → deal was almost impossible.
What should have been a straightforward sales pipeline had turned into a black box, leaving management blind and sales reps disorganized.
Goal
SKYi didn’t need just another tool - they needed a way to turn messy, invisible sales operations into a system of clarity and trust.
The vision was simple yet powerful:
For Managers: A control center where adding reps, assigning leads, and tracking progress could be done without endless spreadsheets or blind guessing.
For Sales Reps: A dedicated mobile app where leads appear the moment they’re assigned, making it easy to call, update statuses, and push deals forward.
For the Organization: A seamless bridge between both sides, ensuring every call, every update, and every closed deal flows back into one transparent system.
In short, the goal was to empower the sales team with focus, and the management with visibility - creating a single source of truth that could scale as fast as the business itself.
My Process
1. Clarity from the Start
This project was refreshingly different. Instead of searching for direction, the SKYi team came prepared with a crystal-clear flow - from splash screen to OTP login to the home screen. That clarity gave me the freedom to dive straight into what I do best: shaping the experience into something intuitive and visually consistent.
2. Designing the Mobile Experience
I started with the home screen and card components - the heart of the sales rep’s daily workflow. My first draft clicked instantly with the SKYi team. They loved the theme and direction, and their feedback was sharp: refine the splash animation, polish a few components. After iterating on those details, the design didn’t just meet their expectations - it energized them. The team could already imagine their sales reps using it in the field.
3. Extending the Vision to Admin
With the mobile app locked in, I carried the same energy to the admin panel. Here, the challenge was to balance functionality with familiarity. By carrying forward the SKYi visual language, I made sure both experiences felt like one seamless ecosystem. The result? Minimal revisions, quick approvals, and a consistent design system that worked across mobile and web.
Solution
The design wasn’t just about creating new screens - it was about transforming a scattered, opaque process into a streamlined system of clarity.
Before
Leads lived in spreadsheets, emails, and handwritten notes.
Managers had no way to see progress or hold reps accountable.
Sales reps had to juggle tools, slowing them down and creating friction.
After
For Sales Reps: A mobile app where every lead appears instantly, ready to call and update - no clutter, no guesswork.
For Managers: An admin panel that acts as a control center - add reps, assign leads, track statuses - all in one place.
For Both: A shared design language, ensuring the mobile and web tools felt like one unified ecosystem.
By reducing steps, consolidating tools, and giving both sides real visibility, the app turned a messy sales process into a transparent, scalable workflow.
Outcome
While business metrics remain confidential, the impact was clear across the board:
Streamlined workflow: What once took multiple tools now happens in a single app.
Greater accountability: Managers can finally see which leads are being worked on and how they progress.
Improved adoption: Sales reps embraced the design quickly - fewer steps, less friction, faster action.
Scalable foundation: The system is designed to grow with SKYi, supporting more reps, more leads, and future features without breaking consistency.
The SKYi team’s response said it all: “This makes our process so much easier to manage.”
In the end, the project wasn’t just about designing an app - it was about giving structure, visibility, and confidence to a sales process that needed it most.
Key Learnings
Clarity drives speed – when requirements are clear, design moves faster and with more focus.
Consistency builds trust – keeping mobile and admin aligned in one visual system made adoption easier.
Details matter – small refinements like splash animations and card polish left the biggest client impact.
Design = trust – turning a scattered workflow into one transparent system built confidence across the team.
Conclusion
The SKYi Call App transformed a fragmented sales process into a single source of truth built on clarity and accountability. The impact went beyond operations - it created trust, momentum, and lasting change across the business. For me, this project was proof that design is not just an aesthetic layer but a catalyst for transformation, capable of turning complexity into clarity and unlocking real progress.
